Patrick Fitzhugh is currently a manager with USAA supporting the Phoenix Afterhours Relationship Specialist team where he is responsible in developing future leaders and executing business strategy across multiple locations and business areas. Patrick joined USAA in March of 2011 as a frontline servicing agent and has worked in several areas including: Insurance Servicing, Bank Deposits, and New Member Solutions. He currently serves as the campus lead for USAA’s Veteran and Military Spouse employee group VETNet and is a partner on USAA’s Phoenix Campus Diversity & Inclusion team.
Patrick holds a B.S. of Management from University of Phoenix, an MBA-Finance and a separate M.S. in Leadership from Grand Canyon University (GO LOPES). He holds a CPM and Yellow Belt – Six Sigma.
Patrick is third generation military, and entered the United States Air Force as a Survival Evasion Resistance and Escape (SERE) Specialist. As a veteran, Patrick worked for the Department of Defense and Department of the Army in support of the Joint Personnel Recovery Agency as a SME in personnel recovery and rescue.
