Cheyenne Ross is the Vice President of Compliance & Regulatory Affairs for Bridgeway Health Solutions (Bridgeway). Bridgeway is a Medicaid & Medicare health plan serving the State’s Long Term Care population. Cheyenne is responsible for the daily oversight of the compliance program including regulatory oversight; developing strategic outcome based initiatives, and serving as the plan’s liaison with the State. Cheyenne has over 13 years of experience in Managed Care and has developed many process improvements enhancing employee knowledge for the achievement of organizational goals. Cheyenne is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated and received her bachelor of arts in communication from Arizona State University, her master’s degree in management from the University of Phoenix and has certifications in compliance and ethics, health care compliance and privacy compliance.
