Leslie Solondz is the Vice President, Employment Practices & Chief Diversity Officer for Republic Services, Inc., a Fortune 500 recycling and waste services company with more than 31,000 employees across the country. A seasoned human resources executive with previous legal experience, she leads efforts to embed diversity & inclusion throughout her organization and heads the function responsible for equal employment opportunity; affirmative action; employment law and regulatory compliance; and HR strategies, policies, and practices related to all aspects of the employee life cycle. Previously, Leslie was a partner with Seyfarth Shaw LLP and Co-Chair of the Firm’s Affirmative Action & Diversity Practice Group. She has been a frequent speaker at national, regional and local events on topics such as diversity and inclusion, HR best practices, and compliance.
