Jennifer Chavez is currently the Senior Director of Strategic Proposal Management and has more than 15 years tenure with CVS Health. Additionally, she has several years’ leadership experience in both service and healthcare industries. Her responsibilities have allowed her to acquire extensive experience in the following areas: request for proposals; sales; client and vendor relationships; marketing; call centers; project management; public speaking; recruiting/hiring; human resources; quality; and training.
Jennifer received her MBA in Marketing from Western International University, graduating magna cum laude, and her undergraduate degree is in Business Administration from Northern Arizona University, where she graduated summa cum laude. Jennifer is a member of APMP (Association of Proposal Management Professionals), and also maintains her PTCB status as a Certified Pharmacy Technician. She serves as the Co-Chair of the Logistics Committee for Network of Executive Women, is a member of NAPW (National Association of Professional Women), and is also a member of WSN (Women’s Success Network), a colleague resource group at CVS Health.
Jennifer volunteers her time with Network of Executive Women, Boy Scouts of America, Pop Warner Football, and has previously served on the board for Diamondback Little League and Stone Creek Preschool. Jennifer also serves as a mentor to several individuals within CVS Health. Jennifer has been married for more than 20 years to her husband, Rich, and has two boys, Evan (16) and Michael (8) that keep her very busy outside of work!
