Jessica Duncan is a Senior Diversity and Inclusion Advisor with USAA, a financial services association providing insurance, banking, investments, retirement products and advice to over 12 million current and former members of the U.S. military and their families. Jessica partners with leaders at all levels, representing many departments and resource groups, across six locations, to provide consultation and guidance to advance enterprise diversity and inclusion strategies and initiatives.
Jessica began her 17-year USAA career within their financial operations. Along the way, she discovered she had a passion for people and progressed into Human Resources. Within HR, she’s held various advisory assignments leading up to her current role, where she helps to ensure USAA is the employer of choice for her fellow employees. Jessica has a Bachelor of Business degree, a Master of Science degree, her Senior Professional in Human Resources designation, and is a Certified Diversity Professional through the National Diversity Council.
